SmackDown Live

We are live with WWE SmackDown. The show opens with the segment from last week where The Miz went off on Daniel Bryan on Talking Smack.
Shane is shown telling Daniel Bryan he owes an apology to the miz for saying what he said about The Miz. Bryan says maybe he won't be so honest next time.

The Miz walks to the ring and starts to rant about how it took so long for the WWE Universe to notice him and how the IC title lost its prestige before he became champion.
He tells the fans they have no idea what he goes through with all the press stuff WWE has him do.

The Miz is really going off on the crowd, calling them all failures and cowards. Dolph Ziggler's music hits and he makes his way out.

He says the fans can see through him and that's why they won't get behind him. He gives Miz a pep talk, telling him how he can prove himself to the crowd.

Ziggler challenges Miz to a fight, not a match. He says he can prove his toughness
by taking him up on the challenge right now. Miz hands his title to Maryse and squares off with Ziggler.
He thinks for a moment and then exits the ring. Ziggler says Bryan was right when he called him a soft, safe coward. Miz tries to head back to the ring, but Maryse stops him.
