RAW

RAW opens with Roman Reigns coming out with the Universal Championship.

He says he told Braun he would meet him in the ring at the top of the show and he showed up as promised. He calls out Strowman or anyone else who wants to take a shot at the Big Dog. As expected, Braun heads to the ring.

Strowman mentions Reigns needing his boys to help him last week and Reigns says The Shield is a brotherhood of workhorses who know what it's like for him to be the champion, whereas Braun has never been at the top of the mountain. Braun says he won't cash in tonight because he knows The Shield would interfere. He makes an offer to wait until Hell in a Cell to cash in his contract so Ambrose and Rollins can't get inside the cage with them. Roman agrees and they shake hands to make it official. Dolph Ziggler's music hits and he comes out with Drew McIntyre.

Reigns does the talking for Rollins when Ziggler starts talking trash instead of Seth coming out and doing it himself. McIntyre and Ziggler say they are looking for a new challenge and have picked Reigns and Strowman as their targets. Reigns challenged them to come to the ring, but Baron Corbin interrupts before they can leave the stage. He says Strowman vs. Reigns has been approved for HIAC.

Baron Corbin vs. Finn Balor

Corbin avoids the Coup de Grace and uses the chair to get himself disqualified. He grabs a mic and says he forgot to announce this was a no DQ match and orders it to be restarted. The bell rings and he nails Balor with the chair in the back. He hits The End of Days for the pin and the win.

We see a video package of Legends and Hall of Famers share their thoughts on Undertaker vs. Triple H doing battle for the last time at Super Show Down.

Shawn Michaels comes to RAW Next Week to give his take on this Undertaker vs Triple H last time ever at Super Show Down - I kinda hope he becomes the referee for this too. I mean come on.

Sasha Banks vs. Dana Brooke

Sasha Banks won

Jinder Mahal finds Dean Ambrose standing alone in the back and tries to get him to do breathing exercises. Ambrose closes his eyes and says the only thing he can see is himself beating up Mahal.

Rollins comes out and talks to the crowd about the reunion of The Shield last week. He says this week is all about IC Championship business. He says his dance card is open, so he issues an open challenge for the IC title right now. Kevin Owens' music hits and he
comes out.
KO says things haven't improved for him since he moved from SmackDown like he thought they would. He says not having his best friend, Sami Zayn by his side led to him losing to Braun Strowman and not getting the MITB briefcase. He says he isn't leaving without a title and the match is set.

Seth Rollins (c) vs. Kevin Owens for the IC Title

Seth Rollins retains the ICTitle

Owens is sitting in a chair in the middle of the ring when we return from a break. He says "I quit" and drops the mic before leaving the ring.

The B Team vs. The Revival
The Revival won

The Revival take out Bo Dallas after the match.

Dash and Dawson grab the titles and a mic from the timekeeper. They talk about the Raw tag division being a joke because of the B-Team. Dawson tells Dallas and Axel to keep the belts clean because The Revival can take them whenever they want.
Elias plays a quick tune after the break before asking who wants to walk with Elias.

As Elias trashes Toronto, Trish Stratus' music hits and she makes her way to the ring. She says she is a fan but doesn't like hearing him talk bad about her home.
Trish talks a little about her upcoming match against Alexa Bliss and Elias jokes about it being a swimsuit pillow fight. He says he doesn't date women in their 60s and she slaps the taste out of his mouth. Then Ronda
Rousey's music hits and she comes out to
accompany Natalya to the ring for her match.
Bliss comes out and talks some trash to Trish to hype their match at Evolution. Mickie James comes out to even the odds at ringside during the match between Foxy and Nattie.

Nikki and Brie reveal they are returning to action next week on Raw while talking to Natalya, Trish and Ronda backstage

Bobby Lashley vs. The Ascension
Bobby Lashley won

Dean Ambrose vs. Jinder Mahal
Dean Ambrose won

Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman vs. Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre
Braun stands on the apron and watches Ziggler and McIntyre stomp Roman into the mat until the ref calls for the bell to DQ The Showoff and his enforcer. Strowman gets in the ring and picks up Reigns. He screams "I told you I wasn't finished with you" and delivers a massive headbutt. He allows McIntyre and Ziggler to continue destroying him until Ambrose runs down in an attempt to make the save. The three get the better of him easily. Rollins is last to come out and suffers the same fate as his brothers. Strowman, Ziggler and McIntyre decimate The Shield one by one. The show ends with Strowman celebrating with Ziggler and McIntyre. Rating: 80/80 Great show as we look forward to HIAC and WWE Evolution!
