Hell in a Cell

The Kickoff pre-show is getting underway.
Tye Dillinger has requested he be added to the US title match between champion AJ Styles and challenger Baron Corbin, who Dillinger beat this week. SmackDown general manager Daniel Bryan has just agreed and we now have a triple threat match!
The panel of Renee Young, radio personality Peter Rosenberg and commentator David Otunga are discussing tonight’s match card.

Dolph Ziggler attacked Bobby Roode after the match.



Shane McMahon vs. Kevin Owens in Hell In Cell Match with the stipulation of Falls Count Anywhere. 


Shane climbs back to the top of the cell and prepares for a dive. He jumps and Owens moves out of the way. Shane crashes through the table and we see Sami Zayn had actually pulled Owens out of the way. The announcers are freaking out about why Zayn would help his greatest rival as officials check on Shane. They try to put Shane on a stretcher, but Sami moves them out of the way and lays Owens on top of Shane. He forces the ref to make the count and KO gets the win.


KO WON!



Rating 70/70 


Both Hell in a Cell matches delivered big time! What a show! We had some joke of matches but many great insane matches that was amazing. HIAC ended with an insane main event that left everyone shocked, confused and excited for SDLive.

SmackDown Live

SmackDown Live opens with the roaster of SDLive in an moment of  silence for Las Vegas. 


We see an recap of the events from last week between Jinder & Nakamura. 


Shinsuke Nakamura joins Renee Young in the ring to start things off with an interview.
Young asks about Jinder Mahal's recent promos and how they have affected Shinsuke. He says sticks and stones will break his bones, but words will never hurt him.
As Nakamura waits for the Singhs to introduce Mahal, the WWE champion appears out of nowhere and attacks his HIAC opponent. Nakamura manages to take out the Singh Brothers at first, but the numbers game catches up with him and Jinder takes control. Jinder hits the Khallas to end the attack.



Natalya and Carmella vs. Charlotte and Becky Lynch

WWE airs a video package for the Shane McMahon and Kevin Owens.

Dolph Ziggler comes out and mocks Roode for being nothing more than an entrance. Roode mocks him with his Glorious post as his music plays to end the segment.

The Usos head to the ring to talk about their HIAC match against The New Day inside Hell in a Cell.
The Usos deliver an outstanding promo promising to win the title for a fifth time on Sunday. The New Day interrupts them and tries to plug some New Day underwear.
New Day talk about dominating the division for five months while having the best matches at every PPV. They promise to leave HIAC as champions. The segment ends without any physicality.

AJ Styles comes on the big screen and mocks Corbin or losing and trying to take the easy way out of everything.


Dana Warrior and the women's division are out to present another three breast cancer survivors with custom WWE title belts.

Shane McMahon comes out to confront Kevin Owens before their Hell in a Cell match.
After Shane makes the HIAC match Falls Count Anywhere, Kevin Owens appears in the crowd with a mic. McMahon tells Owens to get in the ring, but KO says he has already spent too much time in Denver and starts to leave. Shane calls him a coward and starts chasing Owens through the crowd.
Owens attacks Shane near a concession stand and they start fighting all around the merchandise stands. KO ends up powerbombing Shane through a table. KO heads back into the arena and heads to the ring.
Owens talks about the violent things he is going to do to Shane inside the cell. He says he is going to throw McMahon off the cell. Shane is seen struggling to make his way down the arena steps. KO warns him not to come to the ring if he wants to make it to Hell in a Cell.
Owens goes after Shane and they continue their fight. Shane gets thrown over the announce table, but he gets back up again. He gets in a few good shots before taking a superkick from Owens. The Prize Fighter changes his mind about leaving and goes back to dish out more punishment. He delivers a Popup Powerbomb to end the segment and the show.

Incredible end of SDLIVE. Great show and matches leading to HIAC.

RAW

The show opens with the entire roster on the stage as a moment of silence is taken for the victims in Las Vegas.


Seth Rollins vs. Braun Strowman


Braun Strowman won


Strowman picks up Rollins to deliver another powerslam before leaving the ring. He turns around halfway up the ramp to head back, but Dean Ambrose runs down to defend his partner. He kicks the top rope as Braun steps over to take him down. Dean jumps off the top rope right into a chokeslam.

Cesaro and Sheamus come down to deal out some more damage to the tag champs after Strowman had left the area.


Bray Wyatt came on the screen and did his usual creepy type of promo/segment.

Mickie wipes Alexa out at ringside with a Mick Kick.

Kurt Angle tells Mickie James backstage that she will face Alexa Bliss for the Women’s Championship at WWE TLC.

Dana Warrior is standing in the ring with the women's division and a few breast cancer survivors to talk about Susan G. Komen and reveal some special belts.


The Miz (c) vs. Roman Reigns for the IC Title

Reigns took out Miztourage before the match beginned.

As Roman lines up for the Spear, Cesaro and Sheamus pull him from the ring and beat him down and attack him.

Miz, Sheamus and Cesaro attack Roman Reigns as Cesaro hits the Neutralizer. Sheamus then hits the Brogue kick. Miz finishes it off with a Skull Crushing Finale.
Miz, Sheamus and Cesaro hit Roman with the Shield Triple Powerbomb, They stand above Roman and do the Shield fistbump.


Finn Balor comes out and says he would rather fight than talk, and then he keeps talking. He calls Wyatt a coward who wouldn't know what to do if he had the world in his hands. Bray appears on the big screen talking about more nonsense. He says The Demon fuels the man and Balor needs to show him his true face. So, he wants to face The Demon again. Wyatt says "She" is dying to meet Balor. Bray Wyatt’s face was just creepy and demon like.

Enzo Amore came out to address the Cruiserweight division
Amore gets right to business and says every member of the cruiserweight division can go to hell.
Amore calls himself a ratings draw with skills and charisma. He runs down the entire cruiserweight division and says none of them will ever get a title shot. He says any cruiserweight who touches him tonight is going to get fired because of a deal he made with Kurt Angle. Neville leads the entire cruiserweight division to the ring.
Everyone gets on the apron and surrounds Enzo in the ring. Amore goes around the ring and insults each person.
Kurt Angle comes out and says none of the cruiserweights at ringside can challenge for the title or touch him tonight, but none of this applies to the newest member of the division that he just signed. Kalisto's music hits.
Kalisto proceeds to hit Enzo with a series of high-impact moves before finishing him off with the Salida Del Sol.

We see Reigns nursing his wounds backstage after the celebration. Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins walk into frame. They all look at each other and nod.

Rating 60/60
Most of the good ratings tonight is because of the shield mentions and there upcoming reunion. Let’s face it WWE needs something to get us excited.
Great way to end RAW and get us excited for next week and the coming weeks as we look on to WWE TLC.

SmackDown Live


SmackDown opens with a recap of last week's events.


Kevin Owens heads to the ring after we rewatch his half-hearted fake apology from last week.

Owens says all he has heard is how Shane will have something to say this week and asks where he is right now? KO says he knows Shane isn't a coward because he is a very smart man. He talks about how he respects and likes Vince. Sami Zayn comes out to add his two cents.

Sami says Owens went too far when he headbutted Vince and tries to talk some sense into him for the sake of his family. KO thinks Zayn is just mad that he has done more than Sami has in less time as a WWE Superstar.

Daniel Bryan comes out before things get physical between the former best friends. He says Shane isn't there yet, but we will see Zayn vs. Owens tonight.


Baron Corbin vs. Tye Dillinger

He throws a drink in AJ's face and then whips Dillinger into the U.S. champ and both men go tumbling over the table. 

Dillinger fails to beat the count, so Corbin wins by Countout. Styles chases him out of the ring. 

Baron grabs a mic and says he knew AJ and Tye would work together and he
 got the better of them. He says Styles couldn't beat him one on one and challenges him to a title match at HIAC.


Mahal shows several more pictures of Nakamura with different looks on his face to mock him, and the Singhs just keep rolling around the ring laughing. The last picture turns out to be a live shot. The lights go out and Nakamura makes his way to the ring.


Nakamura takes out the Singhs before Mahal is able to jump him and drive his head into the ring post. He rolls Shinsuke in the ring and ends up on the receiving end of some of his kicks. Nakamura hits the WWE champion with the Kinshasa to end the segment.


The Usos vs. Hype Bros

The New Day say they want to defend the title inside Hell in a Cell. The Usos don't seem to have a problem with this.


Rusev brags about beating Randy Orton. He calls himself the Lion of Bulgaria
 and says he ripped the fangs from the Viper's mouth and destroyed the legend of the Legend Killer. He declares SmackDown to be his personal jungle. English sings another song in Rusev's honor.

Orton literally comes out of nowhere to deliver an RKO to English and Rusev.



Charlotte vs. Carmella

Natalya come out to ruin Charlotte's celebration.



After the break, the familiar sound of The Undertaker's entrance music begins to play as The Deadman walks out onto the stage.

obviously, it is Dolph. (It was)


Bobby Roode heads to the ring with his trademark entrance to respond to Ziggler's recent rants. He admits Dolph is an amazing talent, but also calls him a hypocrite. He challenges Ziggler to a match at HIAC.

Ziggler says Roode is everything that's wrong with WWE and he's not on Ziggler's level. Dolph accepts his challenge.


Kevin Owens vs. Sami Zayn

Owens powerbombs him into the apron. The ref calls for the bell.

The medics help Sami as Owens watches with a blank look on his face. He attacks Sami again, knocking everyone else out of the way to get to him. He grabs a steel chair and puts it around Zayn's neck. Shane's music hits before he can do anything else. Owens shoves Sami into Shane before escaping through the crowd. The chair on Zayn's head hit Shane in the face.

The show ends with Owens blowing a kiss to Shane as he stands in the ring fuming.

RAW

Raw opens with The Miz heading to the ring for MizTV.

Miz talks about how he and Maryse will be having a baby before welcoming Roman Reigns to the ring.


Reigns talks about how he respects Cena after going to war with him and admires how much he accomplished in 15 years, and that's why he is proud to say he beat Cena last night. Then he questions why he is talking to an idiot like The Miz. He reminds Reigns that only one of them has a title right now.

Reigns tells Axel and Dallas to go grab him a beer and says Miz couldn't beat Jordan by himself. The Miz says The Miztourage is better than The Shield and would beat them. Roman disagrees and says they would embarrass Miz and his cohorts. Reigns declares his intentions to go after the Universal Championship and Brock Lesnar. Miz brings up all the people who have beaten Reigns, including Lesnar at SummerSlam.
Reigns tells Miz to put his money where his mouth is and have a fight. Miz says he has a pregnant wife who needs him and tries to leave. 
Kurt Angle comes out on the stage and says he loves the idea of Miz vs. Reigns, but first we will see Axel and Dallas face Matt Hardy and Jason Jordan.

Strowman runs to the ring and Hawkins tries to escape into the crowd. 

Braun Strowman chases him and ends up chokeslamming him through a table near the production area. He brings him to the stage and powerslams him through the LED wall.

Strowman grabs a mic in the ring and says he is on a path of destruction and he won't leave until someone comes out and gives him a real fight. 

Dean Ambrose comes out to answer the challenge. He has second thoughts when he sees what happened to Hawkins, but he heads to the ring!

Rollins tells Ambrose he is going to request a match against Strowman for next week, but this week he has to worry about Sheamus.


Alexa Bliss comes out to celebrate her win
Bliss says despite the boos, she thinks of all the fans are her friends. Then she says she is disappointed in all of them because they didn't cheer when she beat four of the best last night. She says everyone is too obsessed with what will happen tomorrow to appreciate being in the presence of a goddess right now. 
Mickie James comes out.
James says Alexa didn't beat her last night and brings up how Bliss talked some trash about her on Raw Talk after No Mercy. They go back and forth insulting each other.

The Miztourage attacks Roman Reigns after the match and the segment ends with The Miztourage standing tall doing the shield fist bump. The Shield vs Miztourage soon?! The shield will destroy that poop group.

A Certified Celebration

Enzo brags about winning the title last night and compares the belt to a beautiful woman.
Enzo talks about having to eat his fair share of humble pie in recent months, but he is on top now and everyone is jealous, including Big Cass. He says he wasn't holding Cass back, he was holding him up. Enzo talks about "You can't wrestle" chants and all the huge stars who has heard it.
The whole cruiserweight division comes out on the stage after Enzo says he made 205 Live relevant again. Amore proceeds to run down all of them.
Neville finally joins the rest of the division on the stage looking like a man possessed. Enzo mocks him about losing the title and having big ears. Neville talks about how Enzo used to have a lot of hype, but now he was forced to go to 205 Live because nobody else would take him.
Neville says all Enzo has done is make a joke out of the division. Neville says he is going to end Enzo, but Amore says Angle signed something saying nobody could touch him without giving up any future title shots. Neville doesn't care and attacks him anyway.
Neville caps off his attack with a Red Arrow. He may not get a shot at the title while Enzo is Champion which would suck.

SmackDown Live


SmackDown opens with a replay of Kevin Owens attacking Vince McMahon last week.
Shane comes out at the top of the show and says what Owens did last week was cowardly. He calls his dad a tough SOB, and even though they have had their problems, they are still family who love each other.
Shane says he will give KO a ruthless beating at HIAC. He leaves the ring still looking as serious as ever. An angry McMahon is a dangerous McMahon.

Rusev comes out and says he was going to a national hero in Bulgaria going into SummerSlam, but Orton turned him into a disgrace in 10 seconds. He vows to rip the fangs out of the Viper's mouth right now. Orton signals to the ref and the match starts.

Rusev won thanks to the distraction of Aiden English.

After Shinsuke Nakamura responds to Jinder Mahal in a backstage interview,

AJ Styles heads to the ring to defend the U.S. title against Baron Corbin.

AJ gives a quick promo before the match telling KO he has no idea what he is in for at Hell in a Cell. As the announcer gives the official introductions, Corbin attacks Styles and beats him down in the corner. Tye Dillinger runs out from the back and clips Corbin's knee. He clotheslines The Lone Wolf out of the ring and continues pounding on him at ringside. After a few officials get Tye to back off, Corbin acts like his ankle is broken. Styles pounces with an elbow to the face before locking him in the Calf Crusher.


Corbin is limping backstage when Renee tries to interview him. He yells at her about feeling violated and says he is going to get even.



Charlotte heads to the ring to talk about her father's illness and thank fans for their support.

Charlotte thanks everyone and says she learned life is fragile and unexpected. She promises to make every moment from here on out as big as possible. Before she can continue, Natalya comes to the ring with two guys behind her carrying something. She says she is happy Ric is doing better, but now it's time for something more important.
Natalya talks about how powerful women have been leading the charge to break down barriers. She says it's time to focus on one woman, which is obviously herself. She unveils a picture of her holding up the women's title. Charlotte is unimpressed.
Becky Lynch comes out and says Natalya is out of her mind if she thinks she is the best. Bex says the only place the title is going is back to her, which brings out Naomi. She says Nattie doesn't represent all women. She just represents her cats. Before she can ask for a title match, Tamina and Lana head to the ring.
Lana calls Natalya a "Crazy cat lady" and says this is Tamina's time. Nattie gets angry and claims she will be the women's champion forever. As she heads up the ramp, Daniel Bryan comes out. He books Naomi vs. Tamina vs. Charlotte vs. Becky for a shot at Natalya's title at HIAC.

Owens starts by apologizing to everyone for what he did, but then he says Shane asked for this. He swears he has nothing but respect for Vince and he only did what he did because of how mad he was at Shane. He warns everyone who plans on watching Hell in a Cell of what he is going to do to Shane inside the cell.

Dolph Ziggler comes out to mock some more entrances. First up is Triple H's signature walk to the ring.
Ziggler comes out a second time to Shawn Michaels' music wearing his trademark chaps and cowboy hat. When he comes back for a third entrance, he does it to DX's music.



Charlotte vs. Becky Lynch vs. Naomi vs. Tamina - Fatal 4 Way (Winner faces Natalya at HIAC for the Women's Championship)

Charlotte won and will face Natalya for the Women's Championship at HIAC.

The show ends with Charlotte celebrating while Natalya watches from a monitor backstage.
