With each painful word, Owens lost his cool more and more, calling him a fake mob boss. Reigns turned off the camera for his side of the interview as KO yelled at the screen with fire. Owens looked ready to find Reigns and start the fight early.

SmackDown

Roman Reigns opens the show.

Paul Heyman says he's incredibly nervous. Knowing Roman Reigns since he was born, everyone knew that this was destined to happen. Tonight, we're gathered here to declare Roman Reigns the Tribal Chief. Not of his family, SmackDown, or the WWE.

Heyman seems terrified. Roman takes the mic and says he doesn't want Paul Heyman to call him the Tribal Chief, because Jey didn't do it at Clash of Champions.

He demands Jey to come to the ring, which he does.

Jey Uso doubled down on everything, claiming that he doesn't know THIS Roman Reigns. The Universal Champion demolished him, but Jey Uso's spirit was never broken.

What came out of Jey's mouth next may have been because of the possible concussion, but he claims that if Jimmy never threw the towel for him, Jey would be Universal Champion right now.

Roman Reigns claims that Clash of Champions was the worst night of his life. He was trying to help Jey and give him an honest shot at the Universal Championship. Roman still loves Jey, and goes so far as to say he loves Jey more than Jimmy does.

Roman believes this is his birthright, and all he wanted Sunday was for Jey to acknowledge him. On Sunday, Jey broke Roman's heart. Roman was still looking to mend things, but Jey kept looking at the Universal Championship.

Roman gave it to him without question. At Hell in a Cell, Jey Uso gets a rematch for the Universal Championship. Roman hugged his cousin one last time, saying that he still loves him.

Jey accepts as Roman and Paul Heyman walk away. As Jey stands in the ring, AJ Styles comes out. The Phenomenal One says that Jey Uso matters to him, and he doesn't want to see Jey take that beating at Hell in a Cell.

Of course, it was all to ask for Jey's opportunity. After all, Jimmy is the better athlete. Well, that was the last straw. Jey Uso tackles AJ to the floor and hits a flying crossbody off the announcer's desk.

AJ Styles vs. Jey Uso

Otis vs. John Morrison

Sheamus vs. Chad Gable

Kevin Owens is backstage getting ready for the SmackDown official KO Show with Alexa Bliss. Behind him, a screen flashes, erasing the SmackDown logo for the Firefly Fun House one instead.

Kevin Owens states that after the WWE Draft, he could be making SmackDown his new home. When WWE offered him the opportunity to come here to host the KO Show, he jumped at the opportunity. HE has a lot of questions for his guest tonight, the Goddess Alexa Bliss.

Owens claims that the anger and frustration he sees in Alexa Bliss is something he also sees in Aleister Black on RAW. The Alexa Bliss he sees in front of him is not the one he used to know back at the Performance Center.

Bliss asks if Kevin wants to change and become better. Owens states that he does, which may end up letting The Fiend in.

Owens feels that if he understands what's happened to Alexa Bliss, he'll hopefully understand what happened to Aleister Black.

Bliss asks if Owens has ever been around The Fiend. Your spine goes cold, your body numb. When he looks into your eyes, you're unable to get away. Owens claims that Bliss is brainwashed. Bliss admits it but claims its more of a cleansing than anything else.

Owens knows what's coming, and when Bliss says "Let Him In" he stands up ready for a fight. However, the lights go out, and when they come back up, red, The Fiend has the Mandible Claw on Kevin Owens.

As The Fiend finishes Owens, he turns around to see Alexa Bliss staring into his soul.

Bliss takes his hand and flashes a wicked smile to the camera before they disappear.
