The New Day kicked off WWE Payback, and they talk about the #1 contender match later tonight for the Tag Team Championship 

Enzo Amore vs. Vaudevillians  to determine #1 contender to the WWE Tag Team Championship w/ New Day at ringside.

Enzo is shown on the replay hitting his throat and snapping his head back, but he is loaded onto a stretcher and the ref calls for the bell.

 Winner-No Contest 

Let's hope Enzo is okay.

Kevin Owens vs. Sami Zayn 

Kevin Owens won 

This match was incredible.

After the match, Kevin Owens then attacks Sami Zayn and sends him out of the ring, and then requested that Byron Saxton come to the ring with a mic and then wanted him to ask him about beating Sami Zayn, and then Byron asked if the rivalry is over between Sami and Kevin and Kevin said that he finally beat Sami Zayn and everyone seen that and now he can get back his IC Title back and Bryon informed him that the match for the IC Title is next and asked Kevin if he think Miz will retain or will Cesaro win, and Kevin said he didn't care and said he will be doing commentary with Bryon during the match.

The Miz (c) w/ Maryse vs. Cesaro for the IC Title W/ Kevin Owens at commentary.

Sami Zayn came out and attacked Kevin Owens, and they started fighting. 

The Miz won with the help with the interferance from Sami and Kevin fighting near the ropes and he was tapping out but the referee wasn't playing attention and Miz took advantage. 

After the match Cesaro wanted to get a piece of Miz and then Kevin and Sami get into the ring as well and it ended with Kevin about to take out the mix but Maryse got him out of the ring and then Kevin holds up the IC Title.

Dean Ambrose vs. Chris Jericho 

Dean Ambrose won.

This match was insane.

Charlotte (c) W/ Ric Flair vs. Natalya W/ Bret Hart for the Woman's Title 

Charlotte won, but Natalya did;t tap out and then Bret and Natalya did a sharp shooter on Charlotte and Natalya 

Here comes Vince McMahon to announce who will be in control of Raw. Stephanie or Shane? 

Vince says, WWE reinvents Raw all the time. He says Raw has had a number of eras and needs someone with a new vision to run the show. He asks if it should be Shane or Stephanie and says to please welcome his daughter Stephanie. Stephanie assumes she is controlling Raw now as the crowd boos her and Vince tells the crowd to “shut up.” Vince calls the crowd animals and tells them to show respect. Stephanie says she would rather be feared than liked.

Stephanie talks about all the things that The Authority has accomplished and all the superstars she has created as the crowd boos mercilessly. She says the launch of the WWE Network was their biggest accomplishment. She says every decision she’s ever made has been best for business and that Shane would be the downfall of WWE. She says Shane would leave WWE again and that he lost to The Undertaker at WrestleMania. She says that Shane blackmailed Vince to get back to the WWE.

The crowd chants Boring as Stephanie talks about why she should be in charge of Raw. This brings out Shane to a good reaction from the crowd.

Steph says Shane panders to the crowd too much, so he gets a cheap pop by saying "What's up Chicago?"

Shane shows some headlines about his time in charge of Raw, and one of BR's articles gets a plug. 

Shane says Stephanie can’t take credit for the WWE Network subscribers, that the fans can and that Network numbers soared at WrestleMania because of the fans interest in his match against The Undertaker. Crowd chants “You still got it!” Shane says that Stephanie and Triple H put their own poison into WWE and that their “venomous spew” ruined the WWE, nearly burning it to the ground. He says he is back to ensure the future.

Shane says the crowd, speak for him as the crowd goes wild in support of Shane gaining control of Raw. Shane says the boo/cheer game with the crowd once again, and it’s clear that Shane gets the most support from the fans. Vince says he expected Shane to fall flat on his face when running Raw, but Shane didn’t. Vince says he doesn’t listen to anybody except himself and that tonight is about him. He says what he wants is “blood.” He legitimately said he wanted them to slit each others’ throats. A little extreme hey?  Maybe there will be a new era of WWE? We'll see tomorrow on RAW

Vince then put both Shane and Stephanie in charge of RAW 

Roman Reigns (c) AJ Styles for the WHC

AJ won via count out and then Shane came out and said that it would've happened in the old era but not in the new era and that is not how a WWE Championship is determined and requested that the match restart and to have no count outs, and then AJ won via DQ due to low blow and then Stephanie came out and said Shane missed something and that isn't how WWE Payback will end and the match will be restarted tell we have a clear winner and no DQ and no count out 

Gallows and Anderson came out to help AJ and then eventually the Usos came out to even the odds. 

Roman Reigns won and retains the WHC.

Backstage with Shane and Stephanie and Vince McMahon talk about the match of Roman vs. AJ Styles and Vince Congratulating on a job well done on their decisions tonight and asked if AJ should get rematch and They both agreed and Vince asked when, and they both agreed that it will be at Extreme Rules and in a Extreme Rules Match, and the show ended on Reigns holding the WHC.

The matches, The show and everything was incredible in my , and both of Stephanie and Shane did a awesome job tonight, and I look forward to what happens on Raw tomorrow night, and what to look forward to at Extreme Rules.
