He says he is Cleveland's only hero and says Lebron James is a traitor.

He plugs his dad's restaurant before addressing Dolph Ziggler's parents in the crowd. As he insults their son, Ziggler's music hits and he walks to the ring with a purpose.
Miz hides behind his wife while Ziggy grabs a mic. He tells Miz not to talk trash about his city or parents. Miz tells him all he does is lose and says he should just end his career.

Miz is dropping some truth while mixing in some insults He says he would be ashamed if his career was like Ziggler's.
Miz leaves the ring, but Ziggler tells him to stop, even calling him Mike. He says Miz is right, because all he has is being inside the ring. Ziggler almost starts crying as he talks about how what he loves doesn't always love him back. This is clearly how he really feels.
He says if Miz puts his title up one more time, he will put up his career on the line. Miz heads back to the ring looking excited. He asks if he is serious about never returning if he loses, and Ziggler says he is. Miz agrees to his terms before leaving with his title held high in the air.

Wyatt gives one more promo before Becky Lynch makes her entrance. As her smoke is going off, Alexa Bliss attacks her from behind.
She slams the champs face into the ramp a few times before taking the title and taunting her with it.

Wyatt gives another promo from backstage, and Orton shows up behind him with a mask on. He takes it off as Wyatt is doing his maniacal laugh.
Orton attacks him, but Wyatt is able to run away. Randy Smiles as he picks up the mask and sits in Wyatt's chair. He even sings to the camera like Wyatt.

AJ Styles won

Styles takes a cheap shot at Cena before getting on the apron. Ambrose avoids the Phenomenal Elbow and rolls up AJ, but Cena was distracting the ref. Ambrose knocks Cena down and then gets back in the ring, only to be rolled up and pinned.

Ambrose and Cena argue in the ring after the match. Ambrose goes for Dirty Deeds, but Cena counters and hits the AA. Styles comes back in the ring, but he gets an AA, too.
Cena grabs the title and screams The Champ is Here. The crowd was actually kind of cheering for him at the end.
The show ends with Cena as the last man standing.

I look forward to the triple treat at no mercy

SmackDown Live

We see a recap of WWE Backlash.

Ambrose calls Cena a lazy part-timer and says he is better off doing awards shows and movies because he can't keep up anymore.

Shane McMahon makes his way to the ring.

Shane calls Styles out for taking the easy road and kicking Ambrose below the belt. He books Styles vs. Cena for the title at No Mercy and Ambrose almost loses his mind, until he finds out it's a triple threat with all three men.
Then he books Cena and Ambrose vs. AJ and a partner of his choosing, if he can find one.

A five-way match to determine the No. 1 contender to Becky Lynch's title is announced for later tonight.

The Usos vs. Hype Bros

After the break, Maryse and The Miz head to the ring to celebrate his win at Backlash
They trade their usual insults, but Ziggler admits he is in a slump. He asks if Miz wants to earn some respect by giving him one more title shot, but with nobody at ringside to help him.
Daniel Bryan comes out and says Maryse is the only reason Miz is still champion. He declares Ziggler will get his rematch, which causes Miz to freak out.
Miz says he won't defend the title until he gets what he wants, which is a renegotiated contract. Bryan gets in the ring, so Miz and Maryse leave through the crowd.

Styles is shown trying to recruit Baron Corbin to be his partner, but Corbin says he would rather be fighting AJ than fighting alongside him.

Corbin is in the ring, Apollo Crews apparently asked for a rematch.
Corbin attacks Crews while he is posing in the ring and ends up hitting End of Days outside the ring. Then Jack Swagger's music hits and he heads to the ring in street clothes.
Corbin decides to leave instead of engaging Swagger in a fight. Swagger says he is now on SmackDown as of 12:01 this morning.

Becky Lynch comes out, and is interviewed about being the first SD Live Women's Champion, and the fight she went through at WWE Backlash.

The Fatal 5 Way #1 Contender Match

Shane is in the ring to present Slater with his new contract.

Slater wastes no time signing the contract and grabbing the mic to celebrate. He thanks Shane, Bryan and his wife, Beulah. He also thanks Rhyno and says they will face anyone, any time, anywhere.
As he is listing off his kids' names, The Ascension come out.
Shane books the match for the titles and has the crew take the table and carpet from the ring.

Heath Slater and Rhyno vs. The Ascension for SD Live Tag Team Championships
Heath Slater and Rhyno won

Randy Orton addresses Bray Wyatt
Orton says Wyatt is afraid of him, and that's why he was attacked at Backlash. He calls out Wyatt to come to the ring and face his fear. Wyatt comes on the titantron and gives one of his sermons.
Wyatt then appears at ringside laughing at Orton. Randy tells him to get in the ring right now, and Wyatt takes off his jacket like he is going to fight. Then the lights go out, and when they come back on, Erick Rowan attacks Orton from behind.
Orton hits an RKO out of nowhere and then looks around to see Wyatt is no longer at ringside.

John Cena and Dean Ambrose vs. AJ Styles and James Ellsworth
Miz came out of no where and attacked James Ellsworth
So, now it is Miz as AJ Styles partner.

John Cena and Dean Ambrose won

Dean Ambrose put John Cena in dirty deeds, and stands tall neat the ring and Styles on the ramp to close the show.

What are your thoughts on the triple threat for the WWE World Championship at No Mercy

SmackDown Live

The show opens with Daniel Bryan in the ring ready to host an open forum with the Women's Championship six-pack challenge.
The first person he brings out is Becky Lynch. She makes a joke about expecting Bryan to bring out Nikki Bella first.
Bryan plugs Total Bellas.
Natalya is out next, and she has nothing but mean things to say to Becky.
Alexa Bliss and Carmella come out as well, and it almost turns into a three on one fight, but Naomi and Nikki Bella run to the ring to even the odds.
Nikki gets taken out, but Naomi and Becky manage to clear the ring to end the segment.

The Miz vs. Apollo Crews w/ Dolph Ziggler on commentary.
The Miz won

Miz sends Maryse into the ring to retrieve his title from Ziggler. The Show Off mocks him for hiding behind his wife.

Backstage, Renee Young interviews AJ Styles about his upcoming match against Dean Ambrose.

After a quick interview with The Usos, we get a promo from Bray Wyatt

Becky Lynch  and Nikki Bella and Naomi vs. Carmella and Alexa Bliss and Natalya

Carmella and Alexa Bliss and Natalya won

Semi Finals of The Tag Team Tournament

American Alpha vs. The Usos

American Alpha won and advances to the finals

The Usos attacked American Alpha after the match

Orton gives an interview backstage trying to tell a story like Bray Wyatt. His story is a lot more coherent than the things we usually hear from Wyatt.

Back in the ring, Fanango is out by himself to give a promo. He says Breeze couldn't be here because he is in Dubai looking at silks for their fashion line.
He has some woman with a bunch of tattoos in the ring to dance with him.
He asks if anyone has the fire to come dance with him, so naturally Kane's pyro goes off and he heads to the ring. Fandango seems into it, until he gets Chokeslammed.

Semi Finals of The Tag Team Championship Tournament

The Hype Bros vs. Heath Slater and Rhyno

Heath Slater and Rhyno won and advances to the finals against American Alpha at Backlash.

Charly Caruso is in the ring to interview both men, but Ambrose tells her to leave because it might get dangerous in the ring.
Ambrose says he brought AJ a gift, which is an old bowling trophy for participation. He says it's the only trophy Styles will ever get from him.
Then he plays a clip of AJ being crotched on the top rope last week.
Styles says he will win. Ambrose says he will win. They both exchanged a great promo between the two.
AJ takes a cheap shot and kicks Ambrose in the crotch before smashing the bowling trophy. The show ends with Ambrose holding his injured area.

I think there match at Backlash will be awesome.

Rating: 20/20

It was a decent show and matches but also great promos to lead us to the first SmackDown Live PPV. This Sunday for Backlash.

RAW

We seen a recap of last weeks RAW main event, and seeing Triple H returning and coming out of nowhere and turning on Seth Rollins allowing Kevin Owens to become the Universal Champion!

Mick Foley and Stephanie are shown talking about what happened last week. Foley wants to know why Stephanie hasn't returned his calls. She claims to have had no idea Triple H was returning last week.

Stephanie says she was embarrassed last week.

Stephanie and Mick are in the ring to welcome Kevin Owens, who comes out wearing a suit.

Owens says the celebration was everything he had hoped for, and when the fans chant "You deserve it", he says he knows he does.
Then he says he doesn't deserve a crowd full of idiots trying to steal his thunder.

Seth Rollins'  music hits and he makes his way to the ring. Rollins gets in Stephanie's face and asks how she could do this to him.
KO and Rollins exchange some harsh words and he accuses Stephanie of lying about not knowing Triple H would interfere.
Rollins attacks Owens and sends him out of the ring. Stephanie says Rollins is suspended indefinitely and Foley pipes in saying "No he's not."
He suggests giving Rollins a rematch for the title instead, and he books the match for Clash of Champions.

Charlotte vs. Bayley w/ Dana Brooke at ringside
Bayley won

Bo Dallas vs. Kyle Roberts

Bo Dallas won

Seth Rollins vs. Chris Jericho
Seth Rollins won

Cesaro vs. Sheamus in match 3 in best out of 7 series
Sheamus is 2-0

Sheamus won

Sheamus is now 3-0

Enzo Amore & Big Cass vs. Shining Stars
Shining Stars won

Nia Jax vs. Ann Esposito

Nia Jax won

Gallows and Anderson are in the ring when we return talking about how they will retire New Day as tag champs. They bring out three old guys dressed as The New Day
the real New Day come out.
New Day eventually chase Anderson and Gallows out of the ring before showing the imposters how it's done.
One of the guys tries to hit Big E with his cane, but it does nothing to Big E. New Day attack their imposters and send them out of the ring.

The New Day will face Gallows & Anderson at Clash of Champions for the Tag Team Championship

Darren Young vs. Jinder Mahal W/ Titus O'Neil at commentary

Darren Young won even with the appearance of Titus, and then Darren attacked Titus O'Neil at ringside from behind, and it took refs to get them apart, and ended with Darren and Bob Backlund standing tall in the ring.

Alicia Fox and Nia Jax have a confrontation backstage and it looks like Foxy is channeling her old crazy gimmick!

Braun Strowman vs. Sin Cara

Braun Strowman won via Countout
Braun attacks Sin Cara after the match!

Sasha Banks comes out
Banks looks a little emotional as Sasha chants break out in the crowd. She talks about how every story has a final chapter.
She talks about the original women's revolution in WWE and how they laid the foundation for what the current division is doing.
She makes fun of bra and panties matches and the " stupid"  butterfly title before talking about how much it means to be called Superstars.
Banks starts to tear up as she talks about why she does what she does in the ring. She says SummerSlam pushed her beyond her limits.
She says she met with doctors today, but as she is about to reveal what it is, Dana Brooke heads to the ring. She puts over Charlotte despite having been hit in the face by her earlier in the night.
She says she will use Banks and her broken body to finish what Charlotte started.
Banks ends up putting her into the Bank Statement and then picks up a mic to say the bad news she had was for Charlotte because she will get a rematch at Clash of Champions.
That promo was powerful. And I ain't going to lie listening to her speak I thought the worst, but I look forward to her getting her title back.
Maybe we'll get Charlotte vs. Sasha Banks vs. Bayley at Clash of Champions for the Women's Championship. I think that would be incredible.

Kevin Owens vs. Sami Zayn
Kevin Owens won.
Roman Reigns comes out,
They come face to face, but Owens decides to retreat. This brings out Chris Jericho to put Reigns at a disadvantage. Before anything can happen. Foley's music hits.
Foley says Reigns will face Owens next week, and if Reigns wins, the Clash of Champions main event will be a Triple Threat.
The show ends with Reigns in the ring and Owens heading up the ramp. Jericho tries to attack Reigns from behind, but he gets Speared.

Rating:
50/50
Great show, and matches, and build up to Clash of Champions.
