SmackDown

SmackDown opens with Roman Reigns making his way to the ring.

Reigns talks about losing to Corbin at Royal Rumble but says he and The Usos will beat him tonight so they can focus on WrestleMania.

Reigns suggests a stipulation that whichever teams loses tonight has to eat dog food.


Heavy Machinery vs. The Miz and John Morrison vs. The Revival vs. Lucha House Party in a Fatal 4 Way Tag Team Match

The Miz and John Morrison won and will challenge The New Day for the SmackDown Tag Team Titles at WWESSD

Braun Strowman won and is the new Intercontinental Champion.

Bayley is out after the break to brag about beating Lacey Evans at The Royal Rumble.

Naomi comes out and reminds Bayley that she has never beaten her. She says she should be next in line for a title shot. Bayley attacks her out of nowhere but Naomi is able to hit a springboard kick to knock her out of the ring.


Roman Reigns and The Usos vs. Baron Corbin and Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode - Loser Eats Dog Food

Roman Reigns and The Usos won & that means Corbin eats Dog Food.


The show ends with Reigns and The Usos dumping all of the dog food onto Corbin.


Rating: 60/60

Eh it was alright but definitely not the best. The highlight of tonight was Strowman becoming Intercontinental Champion.

RAW

Drew McIntyre comes out at the top of the show.


Before he can talk, the crowd chants "You deserve it." He says he feels like the last 24 hours have been a dream but he is here as the winner of the 2020 Royal Rumble. He says some people like to draw this out but that is not his style. He immediately states his intention to challenge Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship. He talks about eliminating Brock last night and promises to beat him at WrestleMania.

Drew says he is in a fighting mood and issues an open challenge. Anderson and Gallows march to the ring with purpose. Anderson says he accepts the challenge and Gallows says the same thing. McIntyre suggests he takes on both of them.

After McIntyre throws Anderson and Gallows out of the ring, Brock Lesnar attacks him from behind and hits the F-5. He poses with the title before leaving.

Seth Rollins and Buddy Murphy (c) vs. Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe for the RAW Tag Team Titles

Seth Rollins and Buddy Murphy won and retains the RAW Tag Team Titles


Andrade vs. Humberto Carrillo for US Title

Humberto hits a moonsault and Vega runs in to break up the pin and cause a disqualification. Carrillo snaps and attacks Andrade. He exposes the concrete floor and spikes Andrade with a DDT just like Andrade did to him all those weeks ago.


Charlotte Flair makes her way to the ring.

Charlotte chooses not to reveal who she is going to challenge at WrestleMania. This brings out Asuka and Kairi Sane. Asuka mocks Flair in Japanese and gives a fake congratulations message. Asuka and Kiari Sane attack Charlotte.

Sane comes flying off the top turnbuckle to deliver an InSane Elbow to cause a DQ. Flair nails her with a boot to the face before Asuka pulls her out of the ring.


Mojo Rawley vs. No Way Jose for the 24/7 Title

Mojo Rawley retains the 24/7 Title

R-Truth pins Rawley after the match to win the 24/7 Title. But, it didn’t last long Rawley attacks Truth and pins him to regain the 24/7 Title.

Edge makes his way out to the ring.
Edge says that the reaction that he got last night at the Royal Rumble was one of the best things in his life and no one knows how much meant to him.

Edge says that he was told 9 years ago that he might not return. 
He says he refused to live in a world of 'What ifs'. Over the years he started
to feel better and he started to ask 'what if' he came back home?
He reveals that he started to work on himself from that moment onward and got a second neck surgery. He got in the best shape of his life at 46 years of age so that he could step back in the ring and end his career on his terms.
Edge says that he knows that it might not last long and he knows he is older and greyer, but he is back.
Edge looks directly into the camera and says that he has the grit that he needs. He promises that if he is knocked down,he gets back up. Randy Orton music hits and comes out.
Orton and Edge hug each other.
Orton reveals that he knows it was Edge who helped him get out of the hole that he had dug himself years ago. He welcomes Edge home and says he is a brother to him.
Randy Orton has a suggestion for Edge.
What if Rated RKO got together one last time?
Randy Orton hits the RKO on Edge.
Orton brings out a steel chair and hits Edge on the back of the neck with it. Orton picks up the chair and puts Edge's neck inside it.
Orton almost stomps on the chair from the top rope while it holds Edge's neck in it. But no, he stops. 

Orton hits him with the chair as Edge is laying on the ring.
He walks away. 

The show ends with Randy standing tall and Edge laying in the ring.

SmackDown opens with The Usos making their way to the ring for their six-man tag match with Reigns against King Corbin and his minions.

Michael Cole interviews Lacey Evans after the break. She talks about her father losing his battle with addiction and depression and how she has had to overcome it. She says she is going to take on the bullies in WWE so she can set a proper example. She gets a little choked up. Bayley attacks Evans from behind and a few officials have to pull her off.

Evans ends up attacking Bayley backstage to get revenge before the break.


Alexa Bless and Nikki Cross vs. Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose

Evans chases Bayley into the ring and the ref calls for a DQ. Then we see a brawl between the women.

Kofi Kingston vs. John Morrison

Kofi Kingston won



Daniel Bryan comes to the ring for his contract signing. Wyatt appears on the tron and tries to fax it to him. Bryan demands he comes to the ring but Wyatt doesn't seem interested. Bryan calls him a coward who does nothing but run.

The lights go out and The Fiend appears in the ring holding the strap. Bryan goes after him but Wyatt puts him in The Mandible Claw and hits Sister Abigail. He picks up the strap and uses it to whip Bryan repeatedly. He eventually sits down and signs the contract with appears to be with his blood.

The show ends with Bryan recovering as the crowd chants Yes at him.

Seth Rollins' music hits and he makes his way to the ring with AOP and Buddy Murphy.

Rollins talks about being the savior of WWE before he thanks Buddy Murphy for helping him last week.

Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe come out on the stage. He says Rollins failed to get rid of them last week and they have heard him talk long enough. Seth says they can fight if he wants, but it will be on Rollins' terms. The Viking Raiders come out to join Joe and KO as they rush the ring and begin brawling. Rollins bails as his followers get beaten up.

Andrade (c) vs. Rey Mysterio in a Ladder Match for the USTitle

Andrade won and retains the USTitle

Humberto Carrillo comes out to prevent Andrade from hitting the Hammerlock DDT on the concrete floor. Vega and Andrade leave while Carrillo tries to help Mysterio.

Randy Orton vs. Drew McIntyre

The OC runs down and attacks McIntyre to get Orton disqualified. Drew tries to fight back but they get the better of him. Orton runs in with a chair to make the save. The OC retreats. Orton and McIntyre have a tense staredown before The Viper strikes with an RKO.

McIntyre gives a promo about how Orton will not get the jump on him at The Royal Rumble. He vows to win and main-event WrestleMania.



Becky Lynch gives a promo directed at Asuka before the match. She says Asuka can't beat her anymore and she will prove it on Sunday.

Asuka immediately hits a shining Wizard and applies the Asukalock after the match.

SmackDown

SmackDown opens with Kane heading to the ring.

Kane talks about the upcoming Royal Rumble and says it is his favorite event. He talks about having the most career eliminations in the match. The Firefly Hun House music plays and Bray Wyatt comes on the big screen.

Wyatt taunts Kane a bit before he says Ramblin Rabbit is alive and recovering from his wounds. He reminds Kane about when The Fiend attacked him before the lights go out in the arena. The Fiend emerges from under the ring and sneaks up on Kane. The Big Red Monster turns around and asks what took him so long. Daniel Bryan comes out of nowhere to hit a Running Knee. He beats down Wyatt until he goes back under the ring.

Bryan and Kane celebrate to end the segment.

Bryan officially challenges Wyatt to a strap match at Royal Rumble.

Braun Strowman gives an interview about wanting an IC title shot before we head to the ring for a song from Elias. Shinsuke Nakamura's music interrupts him.

Zayn says Strowman does not deserve a title shot and warns everyone in The Royal Rumble. He says Elias can continue his song and Elias says he has just written a new song about Sami.

Cesaro and Nakamura attack Elias but Strowman makes the save.

RAW

Raw opens with Randy Orton coming to the ring. He takes an extra pose for the crowd before talking about AJ Styles.

Orton calls out Styles, who doesn't make him wait very long. They bicker about AJ hitting the RKO last week until Drew McIntyre comes out to add his thoughts. He challenges them to a Triple Threat and everyone agrees.

Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman head to the ring.

Heyman mocks the Kentucky accent and the entire crowd before finally talking about Lesnar entering The Royal Rumble at No. 1. R-Truth comes out and makes everyone laugh until Lesnar lays him out with a clothesline.

As the officials help Truth to the back, Mojo Rawley attacks and pins him for the 24/7 Championship.

Becky is out first and when given the chance to say something, she stays quiet. Asuka comes out with Kairi Sane by her side looking very confident. Lynch makes Sane leave after she pokes The Man with her umbrella a few times. Asuka signs the contract right away. Becky looks apprehensive but still signs on the dotted line. Asuka spits mist in her face before leaving.

After Becky recovers, she gives a promo directed toward Asuka before heading to the back.

The Big Show and Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe vs. Seth Rollins and AOP in a Fist Fight

Seth sees Murphy and pleads with him to help before Big Show brings him In for a Chokeslam. Murphy hits Big Show with a low blow and helps Rollins put Show through a table. Back on the stage, AOP put Joe through the announce table while Owens is on top of it. Rollins goes for a Stomp but Big Show avoids it. He sends Buddy out of the ring but AOP come down to hit a double powerbomb on the giant. Seth hits a Stomp and the ref calls for the bell.

Raw ends with Rollins, AOP and Murphy celebrating their new alliance and the win.

SmackDown

SmackDown opens with the ring set up for MizTV.

Miz begins by issuing what appears to be a genuine apology to Kofi Kingston for letting his anger control him last week when he sucker-punched Kofi. He moves on and says he considers John Morrison like a brother and welcomes him to the show. JoMo heads to the ring to a good reaction. He hugs Miz before they sit down.

The Miz plays a video package to welcome Morrison back to the company. Morrison says there was a big return planned for him at The Royal Rumble but when he saw what The Miz was going through, he knew he had to return early to help him. Morrison says he is disappointed in the fans for chanting "You suck" at his friend because he had one bad day. He puts Miz over as the hardest working man in the company.

Morrison insults a few fans before The New Day comes out. Kofi asks who The Miz is trying to fool by blaming the WWE Universe for turning their backs on him. Big E says they don't buy his apology and criticize his acting ability. Miz says he respects that Kofi was champion for six months before mocking him for losing it in a matter of seconds.

The Miz won thanks to the distraction of Morrison.



Elias performs a new song about The Royal Rumble.



Alexa Bliss vs. Mandy Rose

Mandy Rose won thanks to the distraction of Otis.



Evans is waiting in the ring when Bayley appears on the big screen to say Banks is not there to fight tonight. Lacey mocks Sasha and says she is ready to fight anyone tonight. She challenges Bayley for her title but The former Hugger denies her the chance while making fun of her daughter. Lacey heads backstage to get her revenge.

Bayley attacks Lacey from behind but the Marine gets the upper hand and sends her running.


Braun Strowman vs. Shinsuke Nakamura

The Usos vs. Dolph Ziggler and Baron Corbin

Roman Spears Corbin out of his boots to cause a DQ. Robert Roode comes out of the crowd and goes after Reigns with a vengeance. He spikes Roman with a DDT while Corbin hits one of the Usos with Deep Six at ringside.

SmackDown ends with Roode, Corbin and Ziggler celebrating over Reigns and The Usos.
