RAW


After a quick recap of the GRR, Roman Reigns makes his way to the ring.

WWE shows an apology from the ref in Reigns' match against Lesnar for not making the right call on Friday. Roman says he should be the universal champion.


Samoa Joe comes on the big screen to taunt Reigns, but it's Jinder Mahal who actually goes to the ring to confront him. Jinder promises to defeat Reigns tonight. Sami Zayn's music hits   

Zayn makes a joke about being left off of the GRR card before saying he should be the one who gets to face Reigns tonight. The crowd agrees with a loud YES chant. Kevin Owens comes out next.

KO suggests he should get a match with Reigns. The Big Dog has three men arguing to see who gets to face him tonight ends up decking Owens, which causes Zayn and Mahal to jump him. Bobby Lashley runs down to make the save. He gets overwhelmed until Braun Strowman evens the odds. He sends everyone running and throws Sunil Singh over the top rope onto Mahal, Owens and Zayn.


Elias vs. Bobby Roode 

Roode gets sent into the ring post and he starts struggling for air. The ref calls for a medic as Bobby grabs his throat and coughs. Elias grabs a mic and declares himself the winner of the match.


Authors of Pain vs. Jobbers 

Authors of Pain won 

Akam and Rezar give a promo after the match talking about their book of pain.


Seth Rollins walks to the ring after the break with a big smile on his face. 

Rollins talks about the journey he has been on since winning the title from The Miz. He is super over with the Montreal crowd. He soaks in the reaction for a long time before speaking again. 

Rollins says he will be a fighting champion before Finn Balor comes out to join him. He talks about how they are two-two in singles matches so far and suggests Seth puts the title on the line against him tonight. Rollins asks the crowd if he should do it and everyone chants YES. Then Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel come out and suggest the four of them form a stable.

Axel and Dallas have shirts with all four of their faces on them already made, but Seth and Finn still turn them down. The Miztourage attacks, but they are quickly sent packing. Then Balor hits Rollins with a sling blade out of nowhere to take him down.

Renee Young interviews Titus O'Neil about his memorable fall at the Greatest Royal Rumble. He laughs it off and says he sees this as an opportunity to get back up. Baron Corbin walks up and makes fun of him.

Ronda chases Bliss around the ring while Natalya rolls up Mickie for the win. Alexa escapes when Ronda goes into the ring to help her friend. Nia Jax did come out and scare away from the arena and then she gets in the ring and holds up Natalya and Ronda’s hand up.

Greatest Royal Rumble

The Greatest Royal Rumble pre-show is live on WWE Network. The panel consists of Jerry Lawler, Booker T and Byron Saxton and Jim Ross.

The panel is doing its usual thing of recapping feuds and showing video packages as any usual PPV. 

John Cena vs. Triple H

The Bar vs. Bray Wyatt and Matt Hardy for the RAW Tag Team Titles

Mike Rome interviews some of the men who took part in the tryouts in Saudi Arabia this week.
Ariya and Shawn Daivari come down to the ring to interrupt this segment. 
The Daivaris run down the new recruits until one of them gets in their faces. Ariya gives him a shove, so the young man pushes him back. Another one kicks Shawn in the head before a third hits a body slam. All four guy take turns before Shawn is tossed out of the ring.

AJ Styles (c) vs. Shinsuke Nakamura for the WWE Championship 
AJ goes outside the ring and tackles Nakamura over the announce table. They end up getting counted out while fighting at ringside, but that doesn't stop the fight. AJ gets a running start and hits a huge forearm to knock Shinsuke over the barricade.
AJ Styles is still retains WWE Championship though. 


The Undertaker vs. Rusev in a Casket Match 
The Undertaker won 


Brock Lesnar (c) vs. Roman Reigns In a Steel Cage for the Universal Title 
Reigns lines up and Spears Lesnar right through the cage wall. Both men land on the floor and Lesnar is declared the winner.

Brock Lesnar retains the Universal Title.


50 Man Royal Rumble Match 

Braun Strowman won the Greatest Royal Rumble Match and he gets a trophy and a championship title. 

Mr. McMahon makes a rare appearance to help present the huge trophy and green title belt to Braun Strowman. More fireworks light up the sky above the stadium as The Monster Among Men holds the belt up and walks around the ring. 

The show ends with everyone cheering for Strowman as he walks around with a big smile on his face.


Rating 80/80

Pretty great show besides the fact Lesnar is still Universal Champion. It was a great show with some great matches.

SmackDown Live

SmackDown opens with a title card honoring Bruno Sammartino before the show goes live to the arena. 
The Miz's music hits and he comes out to open the show with MizTV and Daniel Bryan.
The Miz does not seem too happy to be back on SmackDown, especially with the way the crowd is treating him. He brings up Bryan threatening to punch him in the face and the crowd goes wild. He says all his anger toward Bryan went away when his child was born and he is surprised Bryan didn't experience the same thing when Birdie was born. 
The Miz finally invites Bryan to the ring, but Big Cass comes out instead.
Big Cass makes The Miz interview him instead of Bryan. He talks about being on the shelf with an injury for seven months and how nobody talked about him being cleared because it happened the same day Bryan was cleared to return. The Miz insults Cass and the big man threatens him.
Big Cass gets heated talking about how much he despises what Bryan stands for. He brags about getting to WWE in a shorter amount of time than Bryan. He ends his promo promising to retire Bryan once and for all.
We see Becky Lynch and Asuka walking backstage when they come across an injured Daniel Bryan on the ground. It appears Big Cass took him out before heading to the ring.

Jimmy Uso is shown telling Naomi not to come to the ring tonight like she did last week during his fight with Harper and Rowan.

Jimmy Uso won thanks to the distraction of Naomi coming out.

Carmella is out first for her contract signing with Charlotte. 
Carmella comes out and demands to be respect as champion. She says she should have been brought out last instead of first and plays her own highlight reel twice.
She plays the video a third time just to get a little more heat. Charlotte finally comes out to stop the replays. Carmella mocks Charlotte with the belt as she sits down. Flair signs the contract and then she slams Carmella's head into the table and flips it over on top of her. 

Shelton Benjamin is in the ring when we return. He will face Jeff Hardy in a rematch from last week. Randy Orton comes out to pay Jeff Hardy back for last week and walks right past him to the ring.

Sunil Singh comes out in a Deadpool mask and takes out Hardy at the knee. Orton hits him with an RKO, but then he turns around and gets hit with Paydirt to give Benjamin the win.
After a quick video for Sanity, Daniel Bryan is interviewed by Renee Young. His shoulder is wrapped up with ice but he says he will be ready for the Greatest Royal Rumble. He says Big Cass attacked him from behind so he requested a match at Backlash.

Styles tackles Nakamura and beats on him until The Rockstar hits another low blow.Anderson runs in and takes the Kinshasa to block for AJ like the good friend  he is. Nakamura taunts Styles before lining up for another Kinshasa to Anderson right in front of Styles. 
The show ends with Styles tending to his fallen friend while Nakamura watches from the stage with a smile.

RAW

Raw opens with the entire locker room on the stage to pay tribute to Bruno Sammartino. After the bell rings 10 times, WWE plays a video package for the legend.

Brock Lesnar makes his way to the ring.
Heyman begins his promo after the break. He brags about Lesnar's victory at WrestleMania over Roman Reigns.

Heyman says Lesnar is so desperate for a UFC fight he is willing to be locked in a cage with Reigns in Saudi Arabia at the Greatest Royal Rumble. . Once Heyman is done doing his thing, Reigns' music hits and he comes to the ring.

Reigns and Lesnar just stare at each other for a moment. Lesnar taunts Reigns with the title. The Big Dog says he is coming home with the universal title and drops the mic. Surprisingly, the segment ends with no physical contact

Sami and Kevin Show w/ Kurt Angle as the guest.
KO and Zayn say they will win the Greatest Royal Rumble match together before singing a new version of Kurt Angle's entrance music. They bring out the Raw GM.
Owens gives Angle a lawn chair to sit in. Owens says they got off on the wrong foot last week, but they don't seem to care about getting on Angle's good side. Angle mocks how Rousey hurt Stephanie's arm and Zayn brings up Jason Jordan. It looks like Angle is having a hard time not laughing at their jokes. Kurt says he is going to be in the GRR with both of them, along with Daniel Bryan and Chris Jericho and the three of them will make sure they don't win.
Angle books Zayn and Owens to face Lashely and Strowman in a tag team match later tonight.

Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre vs. Titus Worldwide
Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre won.

Charly Caruso interviews Ziggler and McIntyre after the match about their partnership. Ziggler calls Drew dangerous and Drew says he is sick of seeing Superstars who are just there for the paycheck.

James pours salt in the wound when she goes around the ring and attacks Natalya. Ronda Rousey's music hits and she comes marching down to the ring. James hits Rousey with a basement dropkick as she tries to help Natalya to her feet. Ronda gets up and looks pissed. She runs in and takes James down to put her in the armbar, causing a DQ in the process.

The show ends with Rousey helping Natalya up the ramp to the back.

SmackDown Live

The show opens with a video recapping Shinsuke Nakamura's recent heel turn.

AJ Styles heads to the ring when the show goes live in the arena. He gets a nice welcome but he is not smiling. He calls Nakamura a con artist and dueling chants break out. He says he won't leave the ring until Nakamura comes out for a confrontation.
Aiden English and Rusev come out on the stage and the former Vaudevillain sings AJ a song. Styles says he will fight Rusev since Nakamura is clearly a coward. Rusev heads to the ring.

AJ gets Rusev locked in the Calf Crusher almost immediately and English breaks it up to cause a DQ. Daniel Bryan runs down to make the save and helps AJ clear the ring.

Paige walks into Shane's office and does her best Teddy Long impression when she books Rusev and English vs. Bryan and Styles for the main event.


Shelton Benjamin comes out Benjamin says his inspirational message to Gable on Twitter was because he got hacked. He claims he never needed Gable to succeed, but he does need the respect and championship opportunities he deserves. Randy Orton comes out at first, but then Jeff Hardy's music hits and he runs right past Orton, who looks confused.

Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville are announced as having been drafted to SmackDown.

The Bludgeon Brothers continue their attack after the match.
Naomi runs down and pleads with Harper and Rowan to leave her husband alone. Surprisingly, they listen and leave with their masks and hammers.

Samoa Joe vs. Sin Cara
Samoa Joe won

Joe grabs a mic and says SmackDown seems more like the land of handouts than the land of opportunities. He says nobody is going to have it easy now that he is on the roster and he is going to put all of our favorites to sleep.

A video package for Sanity plays when we return. The NXT stable is going to be great on the blue brand.

Big Cass has a confrontaton with Daniel Bryan backstage.

Carmella heads to the ring for her celebration.
The new women's champion tells everyone chanting for her to shut up and stop jumping on her bandwagon. She brags about beating Charlotte and plays a video package for herself.
Charlotte comes out and says Carmella only won because of the attack by Royce and Kay last week. This brings out The Iconic Duo to call her pathetic.
Royce and Kay do a great job ripping Charlotte apart, but they seem to be friends with Carmella. Charlotte attacks them in the aisle, but they get the better of her while Carmella watches from the ring. Becky Lynch runs down to make the save.

Carmella attacks Charlotte after the match. Kay joins in to keep Becky at bay, but Asuka runs down to even the odds and help clear the ring.

Cesaro and Sheamus announce they are heading to SmackDown.

Andrade "Cien" Almas and Zelina Vega are also heading to SmackDown.


AJ Styles and Daniel Bryan vs. Rusev And Aiden English
Nakamura comes out of nowhere and hits AJ with a low blow on the apron. Then Big Cass appears in the ring and levels Bryan with a boot to the face. Shinsuke taunts Styles at ringside while Big Cass poses in the ring with his fistt in the air.

Renee tries to get a interview with Nakamura about his recent attacks on AJ Styles and still he gives us the same answer that he doesn’t speak English and walks away.

The show ends with Big Cass standing tall over Daniel Bryan with his fist held high.

RAW

Kurt Angle comes out at the top of the show to loud "You Suck" chants from the crowd.
Sunil Singh comes out and interrupts Angle so he can introduce the newest member of the Raw roster, Jinder Mahal
Mahal seems angry he wasn't brought to the arena in a limo and claims he is better than every Superstar on Raw. He says he expects the same perks Brock Lesnar receives. Angle tells Jinder to prove his worth and asks who in back would like to face Mahal for the U.S. title right now. Jeff Hardy answers the call.

Sasha Banks vs. Bayley
The Riott Squad run into the ring and break up the hold to cause a disqualification. They take turns beating on Banks and Bayley.

Heath Slater and Rhyno vs. Authors of Pain
Authors of Pain won.

The Miz wastes no time in welcoming Raw's two newest Superstars, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. They come out with big smiles on their faces and hug The Miztourage when they get in the ring.

The Miz says the group of Superstars in the ring is bigger than the NWO and The Avengers. It seems like WWE is making them a stable. Kurt Angle's music hits and he comes out to say KO and Zayn are not on Raw because they both lost last week. Owens and Zayn tell him things have changed and they read an email saying they are going to be rehired by Stephanie McMahon.
Angle welcomes Zayn and Owens to Raw, but tells them to say goodbye to The Miz because Daniel Bryan pulled some strings to get him moved to SmackDown. Angle gives him more bad news when he says Axel and Dallas aren't going with him.


The Revival vs. Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt (Tag Team Eliminator)
Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt won and will be facing The Bar at the Greatest Roysl Rumble for the Tag Team Titles

Tyler Breeze and Fandango are shown giving The Bar some fashion tickets for their kilts and Sheamus' mohawk. Breezango has arrived on RAW.

Ronda Rousey is shown talking to Kurt Angle backstage about what happened at WrestleMania. He warns her about Stephanie being smart before someone knocks and Natalya walks in. It looks like The Queen of Harts is the newest member of the Raw roster.

Ember Moon won

Dolph Ziggler comes out as the newest member of the Raw roster. He says a lot of things have changed but he is still the best wrestler to ever walk down the aisle. For some reason, Titus Worldwide interrupts him.
Titus tries to get Dolph to join his stable. Ziggler is not interested and says he is not here alone. Drew McIntyre comes out of nowhere and takes out Titus and Apollo.
Ziggler and McIntyre destory Titus Worldwide before leaving the ring to loud chants of approva from the WWE Universe.


Reigns heads to the ring after the break to a loud chorus of boos. He surveys the crowd for a moment before saying he will defeat Lesnar and return as a full-time universal champion. He is quickly interrupted by Samoa Joe.
Joe reminds Reigns that he has lost to Lesnar every time he has faced him and says he won't learn until somebody puts him down for good. He promises to retired The Big Dog at Backlash. Joe plays a video showing all of the times Lesnar has destoryed Roman.
Reigns dares Joe to come fight him and Joe teases getting in the ring twice before finally turning around and leaving for good.

Natalya vs. Mandy Rose

Deville attacks Natalya from behind, but Rousey comes out to make the save.

Baron Corbin is now on RAW.

Breezango vs. The Bar
Breezango won

Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn and The Miz and Miztourage vs. Seth Rollins and Finn Balor and Braun Strowman and Bobby Lashley and Bobby Roode

Axel and Dallas refuse to make the tag and face Strowman. Strowman scoops up Miz for a powerslam to get the pin and the win.

Pretty great show and matches tonight. I can’t wait to see what happens on SmackDown tomorrow night.

WrestleMania 34

The Kickoff show is on the air. Booker T, JBL and David Otunga join Renee Young for the pre-show panel.
The first match hyped by the panel is Bryan and Shane vs. Owens and Zayn.
The next feud discussed is Rousey and Angle vs. Triple H and Stephanie.

Bray Wyatt appears in the ring out of nowhere. He assists Hardy with throwing out Mojo before Baron drops Bray with End of Days. Matt backdrops Corbin out of the ring and is declared the winner.

Charlotte won 
Asuka gets up as Charlotte is celebrating and she asks for a mic. She says Charlotte was ready for Asuka and congratulates her. They hug as Charlotte breaks into tears. The Empress holds up The Queen's hand in victory as the crowd cheers.

A ref runs to Cena in the crowd and tells him something that causes Cena to jump the barricade and run up the ramp to the back.


Randy Orton (c) vs. Bobby Roode vs. Rusev vs. Jinder Mahal for the United States Championship in a Fatal 4 Way Match

Bludgeon Brothers won and is the New Tag Team Champions 

John Cena heads to the ring in his wrestling gear after a quick video package.
A ref comes down and appears to tell Cena some bad news. He leaves the ring, but then the lights go out. Instead of The Deadman, we get Elias on the stage strumming his guitar.
Cena leaves the ring and goes back to his seat while Elias plays a song about WrestleMania. For once, the crowd does not want to walk with Elias. Cena runs back in the ring and takes out Elias with all of his big moves after he insults the crowd in his song. He hits the AA and Elias rolls out of the ring.
The lights go out and Taker's hat and jacket appear in the ring. Lightning strikes and they disappear. Then the gong plays and the crowd erupts as The Undertaker's music begins to play.

The Undertaker vs. John Cena 

Taker grabs Cena and delivers a Tombstone piledriver to defeat Cena in just a few minutes.


The 2018 Hall of Fame class is brought out onto the stage next.

Alexa Bliss (c) vs. Nia Jax for the RAW Women’s Championship 
Nia Jax Won and is the New Women’s Champion

AJ Styles vs. Shinsuke Nakamura (WWE Championship)

AJ Styles won and still is the WWW Champion.
After they hug it out, Nakamura attacks Styles and viciously beats him into the mat. The Rock Star just turned heel in front of our eyes. He hits the Kinshasa to AJ at ringside.

 

The Bar vs. Braun Strowman and Nicholas (Raw Tag Team Championships) 

Braun Strowman and Nicholas won and Braun is the New Tag Team Champion.. 

Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns (Universal Championship)

Brock Lesnar won and still the Universal Champion.. 

The show ends with a bloody Reigns being attended to by medics in the ring.

Pretty great show and matches! Two matches I wasn’t pretty proud of and was pretty disappointed in both of them.

SmackDown Live

SmackDown opens with Daniel Bryan coming out to a massive ovation
Bryan brings out Shane McMahon right away, and he too gets a great reaction from the live crowd. They shake hands and appear to be back on good terms after months of building tension. Shane praises Bryan's passion and determination. He congratulates him on being cleared to return to the ring and gets a Yes chant going.
Bryan admits he has made mistakes when it comes to Zayn and Owens because he allowed their friendship to cloud his judgment. He apologizes to Shane for not listening to his warnings and offers a sincere apology. Shane says he has done a lot of thinking and realizes he has been stubborn recently. Bryan proposes they hug it out to resolve their issues like Team Hell No used to.
Shane offers his own apology and offers another handshake. Bryan says Nashville wants to see them hug it out and another Yes chant breaks out. They eventually hug and Shane says they are back on the same page again. They end the segment with yet another Yes chant.

Charlotte vs. Natalya

Carmella's music hits and she runs down to the ring with a ref. Charlotte kicks the case out of the ring and then lays Carmella out with a boot to the face. She kicks out of a roll-up and locks Natalya in the Figure Eight for the win.
As Charlotte celebrates her win, Asuka's music hits and she struts her way to the ring. She tries to say her signature catchphrase, but Charlotte rips the mic out of her hand and asks if Asuka is ready for her. Both women look at the WrestleMania sign as Charlotte's music plays.

After the break, WWE recaps Bryan's return to the ring and attack at the hands of Zayn and Owens.


Bobby Roode is out after the break to watch Jinder Mahal face Rusev.


Rusev vs. Jinder Mahal

Rusev won
As Rusev celebrates, Randy Orton appears and hits another classic RKO out of nowhere. English jumps on him, but he also takes an RKO. Roode gets in the ring and hands Orton his title belt. The crowd is still chanting Rusev Day as Roode and Orton both stare at the sign.

After a backstage segment with The Usos, The New Day and The Bludgeon Brothers, we head back to the ring for an eight-man tag match.



Breezango, Dillinger and Ryder vs. 

Rawley, Corbin, Ziggler, and Primo

Baron Corbin, Mojo Rawley, Dolph Ziggler and Primo won 

Gable and Benjamin give a promo from backstage. When we go back to the arena, Zayn and Owens storm the ringside area and jump up on the table. They grab mics and says WrestleMania will still be the Sami and Kevin show. Zayn apologizes to Brie and Birdie for the man they will send back to them after WrestleMania.
Owens and Zayn have their mics turned off and they leave through the crowd as Shane and Bryan make their way out. Bryan tells everyone to take a pic of KO and Sami because this is the last time we will ever see them on SmackDown.

Shinsuke Nakamura and AJ Styles won 

Benjamina attacks Nakamura after the match and Styles doesn't rush back to help. Shin fights him off and AJ leaps over the top rope to fake him out with a Phenomenal Forearm just like Nakamura did to him with the Kinshasa last week. He pats Nakamura on the head before taking his title and leaving. This match is going to be insane at WrestleMania.
The final SmackDown before Mania ends with Nakamura looking angry as Styles walks up the ramp.

I mean it there was some great moments tonight leading us to WrestleMania and I can't wait to see what happens at WrestleMania.
