RAW

RAW opens up with an recap of the eye for an eye match.


Seth Rollins kicks off WWE RAW.


Seth Rollins says that he knew going into the match what the stipulation entailed, but what happened scarred him. 

Seth says that the moment made him sick to his stomach, but when he thinks of it, he can't help but be sad. 

He claims that it is the fans who made him do this and asks if they regret what they made him do. 

Seth says that they cannot afford to duel in the past. Obviously. He says that now Rey Mysterio is out sight and RAW can do all that it needs to do. No one left to stand in his way anymore. We’ll except Aleister Black who heads the the ring.

Randy Orton in a backstage promo talks about how he took out Edge the day after Royal Rumble and how he pictures it every day.

Orton says that he was friends with all of the Superstars he has been feuding with and promises to punt kick Big Show. 



Christian talks about Randy Orton and how Ric Flair turned on him during that moment. 

He says that he will never be the same. 

Talking about The Big Show facing Randy Orton, he said that he does not feel good at all healthwise at the moment and that he was in a lot of pain. But Big Show was ready for Randy Orton and that he would knock out Randy Orton completely.

Sasha Banks and Bayley are out now, with Sasha Banks pretending she is the RAW Women's Champion. 

Sasha says that Asuka spitting the Green mist in the referee's face left him unable to officiate and Bayley as the role model and had to do the right thing and make the count.

The actual RAW Women's Champion Asuka and Kairi is out now. She says she was not ready for thieves like Sasha. She says it's her title. she and Kairi come down to the ring.


Stephanie McMahon appears on the screen. She says that Sasha and Bayley are the Women’s Tag Team Champions and Bayley is the SmackDown Women’s Champion. But, Sasha did not win the RAW Women’s Championship last night.

She does add that Asuka is not the Champion either. Next week, Sasha Banks vs Asuka. If Bayley gets involved then Sasha Banks will lose.

Drew McIntyre is here after surviving Dolph Ziggler at Extreme Rules to address the future of McIntyre. 

McIntyre compliments Ziggler for the choice of stipulation, but it was another 'almost'. Now he is ready for WWE SummerSlam. He wants a worthy opponent. Dolph Ziggler comes out. 

Ziggler says he almost got his moment and he wants another match. McIntyre tells Ziggler to 'bugger off'. He beat him 24 hours ago. 

McIntyre says he's had enough and turns to leave. Ziggler grabs him and McIntyre hits him with the Glasgow Kiss. Ziggler is down. McIntyre leaves. 

Ziggler says to not walk away. Ziggler says he does not care but he wants a match. He will take any stipulation. 

Drew McIntyre says that he has heard Ziggler and he has changed his mind. He says that he picks the stipulation and so he accepts. 

Ziggler asks what the stipulation is. McIntyre says that he will do to Ziggler what Ziggler did to him. He will tell Ziggler the stipulation just before the bell rings.

The Kick Off hosts hyped tonight’s match card.


Kevin Owens vs. Buddy Murphy 

Kevin Owens won



The New Day vs. Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura for the SmackDown Tag Team Titles

Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura won and are the new SmackDown Tag Team Champions.



Bayley (c) vs. Nikki Cross for the SmackDown Women’s Championship 

Bayley won and retains the SmackDown Women’s Championship 



Apollo Crews did not pass his physical and so the US title match won't take place.

MVP is out and says that due to forfeit from Apollo Crews, he is the actual United States Champion. He is now claiming the title. 



Rey Mysterio vs. Seth Rollins in a Eye for an Eye Match

Asuka vs. Sasha Banks for the RAW Women’s Championship 

Asuka with the green mist but missed Banks and hits the ref.

Bayley knocks out Asuka tears the referee's shirt off his back. and then counts the pinfall for Sasha. 

She forcefully rings the bell. 

Sasha Banks defeats Asuka for the RAW Women's Championship? As Bayley is not an official ref so therefore officially Asuka would still be champ.. At least you would think.

 Braun Strowman vs. Bray Wyatt in a Swamp Fight 

Bray Wyatt won (I guess) he was the last one standing. And, we did see The Fiend emerge.

This feud isn’t over yet though you know we gonna see The Fiend vs. Braun Strowman for the Universal Championship.

SmackDown - July 17

Cesaro vs. Big E

Cesaro won and that means Nakamura and Cesaro will pick the stipulation for the Tag Team Title match at Extreme Rules

Shinsuke Nakamura and Cesaro went on to choose a Tables Match for their title clash at Extreme Rules.



A Moment of Bliss with Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross

Alexa Bliss goes to reveal the special guest, but Nikki Cross believed it was her. Bliss apologizes, and the two are able to fight through the awkward moment. They're interrupted by Bayley and Sasha Banks. 

Bliss and Cross mentioned the importance of today, as it's the fifth anniversary of the beginning of the Women's Evolution . Bayley and Banks claim that they missed a very important piece of history, which is their contribution to the Women's Division. 

Banks and Bayley was caught off guard as RAW Women's Champion Asuka is the guest for tonight. Bayley and Banks brawl with Bliss and Cross, leading to Asuka getting joining the fray.

RAW - July 13


MVP kicked off WWE RAW with the VIP Lounge and the guest for tonight is Dolph Ziggler. MVP stressed the fact that Ziggler 'made' Drew McIntyre’s career and Dolph was confident that for that reason alone, he would beat Drew on Sunday at Extreme Rules.

Drew McIntyre came out after MVP thanked Ziggler on his behalf and said that Dolph uses people. Drew said that on Sunday, he was going to torture Dolph and that he couldn't wait for then before knocking him out in the RAW ring with a right hand.

R-Truth and Akira Tozawa were out for the 24/7 Title match on RAW, but Shayna Baszler interrupted before they could start, making her unexpected return to RAW. Tozawa sent his Ninjas after her who were swiftly taken out by the former cage fighter. Tozawa ducked out before Baszler turned to Truth who made a hasty exit as well. Shayna mentioned that she had been watching the women's division play stupid games from the sidelines and she was now back to set things straight.



Rollins came out and talked about what an 'Eye for an Eye' meant and he realized that Mysterio meant it literally before trying to figure out why everyone hates him and his vision for RAW. He said that Mysterio forced his hand to completely blind him at Extreme Rules before Kevin Owens came out. Owens said that even he didn't see it coming that a nice guy like Rey could be so mad.

Owens pulled out an eye patch as a gift for Rollins before Seth flipped out and called out Murphy. Aleister Black came out after Murphy and they started brawling before RAW headed for commercials.

After the match, Ric Flair was trying to get Randy to stand down but Orton was going for the Punt Kick. The Big Show showed up to stop Randy from taking out one more veteran Superstar. Randy challenged Show to an unsanctioned match for next Monday on RAW and Big Show agreed before chasing Randy away.

SmackDown

The opens up with MizTv. Miz and Morrison introduces their guest of Jeff Hardy.


Miz and Morrison ask about the clip Jeff wants to show. Jeff says he has no clip. There is no clip. They apparently don’t have any clips but Miz has a clip.

The clip is a video package of the Hardy/Sheamus feud.

Jeff Hardy hates all of this clearly. Miz tries to smooth things over, revealing that Jeff is actually his daughter's favorite WWE Superstar. 

Jeff says that the words that Sheamus has said have hurt him, and the loss at Backlash didn't help either. Still, he's ready to take the Celtic Warrior down and move past all of this. He'll be the beacon of light for those suffering through addiction. 

Miz & Morrison were excited about Hardy's speech, and want to see him get his revenge on Sheamus. And, this time they will be  in an a bar fight match..

Hardy lays out a challenge for Miz and/or Morrison, saying that they can't expect to bring him on their show to talk trash and not get a punch in the face. Miz responds, claiming that's exactly what they expected to do. Sadly, Jeff let some folks down again, as he took both of them out and dumped them to the floor.

AJ Styles says that he embarrassed Drew Gulak last week, and there's nobody worthy of facing him for the belt. The interviewer revealed that he would be defending the Intercontinental Championship against Matt Riddle next week.

Big E was left on the floor, forcing Kofi to fight off both Cesaro and Nakamura in a two-on-one situation. Big E eventually makes it in the ring, and with the ref unable to keep control, he calls for the double DQ. 


Ends in double DQ.


Cesaro brings in a table, and they lay the big man on top. Nakamura hands Kofi to Cesaro for a powerbomb from the top, driving him through Big E and the table.

RAW - July 6

Drew McIntyre kicked off RAW and said that whatever stipulation Dolph threw at him for Extreme Rules, he would come out the winner, before inviting Ziggler to reveal the stipulation. Ziggler came out and said that Drew messed up by giving him the upper hand and he wasn't going to reveal the stipulation before the day of the PPV.
Drew and Dolph tossed insults at each other before Ziggler claimed to have someone there who Drew had betrayed just like he betrayed Dolph. Former 3MB member Heath Slater came out to the RAW ring and said that Drew had forgotten about him after returning to WWE.
Slater was released from WWE a few months ago and wanted a match with Drew tonight. Drew hesitated but finally agreed after Slater hit him.

After the match, Dolph was angry at Heath and started hitting him but Slater pushed him aside. Drew came back and sent Dolph out of the ring before helping Slater up. The two former teammates hugged it out as the segment came to a close.

Sasha Banks and Bayley were out next and started speaking about how good they were but were interrupted by Asuka. Bayley fired back at Asuka before The Empress brought out Kairi Sane.

Kevin Owens was out for the KO show on RAW and called out his guest, Seth Rollins. Owens handed Rollins a gift, one of his KO-Mania shirts from this year's WrestleMania where they faced each other.
Rollins said he didn't care about Owens or his gift before challenging Rey Mysterio to a match at Extreme Rules. Rollins then invited KO to fight 'for the greater good' before Rey came out with his son and accepted the challenge.

Seth mentioned that Black was out for the count and Rey needed a tag partner for tonight. Rollins suggested Dominick and KO stepped up for the job instead. Owens even added the twist that whichever team won would get to pick the stipulation for Rey and Rollins' match at Extreme Rules.
Murphy and Rollins attacked Owens before Rey came into the ring on RAW and helped Kevin fight off Murphy and Rollins.

After the match on RAW, Rey Mysterio said that for Extreme Rules, he wanted an 'Eye for an eye match' where he would gouge Rollins' eyes out 'with his bare hands.'

MVP and Bobby Lashley came out and MVP said that he beat Apollo Crews and considered himself the United States champion now. He unveiled the new United States title before reminding us that he will face Apollo at Extreme Rules.

Lashley put the new title around MVP's waist before Ricochet and Cedric Alexander came out to avenge their friend Apollo.

SmackDown

SmackDown kicked off with Michael Cole in the ring who was interviewing the newcomer from NXT, Matt Riddle. Riddle said that after his win over AJ Styles last week, he thought that 'he could get used to this'. About wrestling bare feet, he said that he got frostbite in his foot as a kid and due to that it hurts when he wears shoes.


Baron Corbin interrupted the interview and kicked Cole out of 'his ring' before saying that Riddle disrespected him last week. Corbin said that someone needed to 'put him in his place' and Riddle said 'let's go, bro'. Corbin said that wasn't how it worked on SmackDown before he called in John Morrison to fight in his stead.

Sasha Banks and Bayley were out and made fun of the Undertaker on SmackDown, who according to Bayley, had called her to tell her that the two of them deserved a tribute more than himself. They cut to a showreel of their recent title reigns, complete with interviews from themselves about themselves. 
They ended with chanting 'Thank you Bayley' and 'Thank you Sasha' before Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross came out to mock them. They listed some fake accomplishments to prove a point before calling Banks and Bayley out in the ring.
Nikki Cross said she'll take the SmackDown title off Bayley before the champ laughed in her face and Alexa punched her before the two set up for a match.

Jeff Hardy was out next on SmackDown and was met with a cart full of alcohol and drinks of all kinds. Sheamus showed up on the Titantron and started telling Jeff how he had a problem with facing reality.
Sheamus said that the answer to Jeff's problems were in the bottles as he proposed a toast. Jeff asked if it was funny to Sheamus to cause him and his family pain by doing this and Sheamus said he was helping him.
Jeff pretended to drink but stopped at the last second and poured his drink on the bartender before smashing the glass on his head and then hitting a swanton bomb on him as the show ended.
