Samoa Joe kicks things off with a promo directed at Roman Reigns. He says he is not impressed with The Shield and we see Rollins and Ambrose backstage saying they need to find Reigns. Joe continues to talk trash until Roman decides to answer his challenge.
Reigns heads to the ring and they immediately start brawling. Roman gets the upper hand, but Cesaro and Sheamus appear and provide a distraction. All three men beat down Roman Reigns until Rollins and Ambrose come out to help. The Bar and Joe end up taking control and using their finishers on all three members of The Shield.
Paige and Mandy Rose give a quick promo on their way to the ring to face Bayley and Mickie James. Absolution says it's here to rid WWE of the unworthy. Sonya Deville continues it by getting in a few words of her own.

Womens Royal Rumble Match?! Please...
Dean Ambrose vs. Samoa Joe
Jordan rolls Ambrose back into the ring, so Joe puts him in the Coquina Clutch. The Lunatic Fringe takes them both out with a suicide dive. JJ distracts the ref, inadvertently allowing Joe to kick out of a pin. Ambrose gets right in his face and they argue. Jordan grabs him for a belly to belly, but Joe interrupts with a suicide dive of his own. He rolls Ambrose back in the ring and locks in the Coquina Clutch for the win after Ambrose passes out.
Samoa Joe won
Braun Strowman vs. Kane (Winner faces Brock Lesnar at Royal Rumble)
They take the fight into the crowd and Strowman tackles Kane through the barricade. The ref counts both men out, which means there is no new No. 1 contender.
Unless they do a triple threat for the title..
Both men are down in the ring. Kane sits up, and so does Strowman. They stare at each other for a moment. Kane tries to Chokeslam him, but Braun scoops him up and slams him through a table.
The show ends with Strowman standing tall.
Rating: 80/80
Great show and matches as we look onto Royal Rumble!
